Speed Limit and Stop Signs and Parking Reminders
Posted By vstoltenberg on January 20, 2021
As a courtesy reminder please do not forget that the speed limit within the community is 25 mph. Please be sure to remind your guest & service providers of the speed limit throughout the community when they are visiting the property. Also, please be sure to come to a complete stop at all stop signs. There are many people who walk their pets and several kids that play in the community. All drivers need to be courteous to the pedestrians that are walking in the community.
A recreational vehicle owned by a resident may be parked in the driveway or on the street in front of the home while it is being loaded or unloaded for a period not to exceed forty-eight (48) hours in any seven day period. A Low Profile Recreational Vehicle may be parked in the side yard of a lot if it is parked entirely with the side yard and is screened from view from the street. Recreational Vehicles belonging to those visiting residents may park in front of the home for a period not to exceed seven (7) days if the homeowner has informed the property manager of the arrival and departure date. Additional time will require prior approval by the Board of Directors. Please send Action Property Management your written request for Board review and decision.
No Commercial Vehicle may be parked on any lot or street (unless it is within a garage), except a Commercial Vehicle that is not owned by a resident may be parked temporarily in the driveway or on the street in front of a residence while the operator of the Commercial Vehicle is delivering goods or providing services to the resident.
