Linksman Entrance – Asphalt Repairs

It has been confirmed that Friday, October 22, 2021, the Linksman entrance will be closed off for ABC Parking Lot Maintenance, Inc. to do the asphalt removal and install new asphalt.
This will cause the entrance area to be closed off for 24 hours. The entrance will re-open on Saturday, October 23, 2021.
After thirty (30) days the seal coat will be applied. This date will be confirmed at a later time and notice sent to the Community.
The next step after repairing the asphalt is for the gate vendor to come out and repair the gate loops that were damaged during the water line project. A date is being confirmed for this.

Please do not use the entrance on Linksman during this time. The exit gate can be used as this area will not be effected.
