Fourth of July is approaching rather fast. Please be reminded that fireworks are illegal in the City of Beaumont. Fireworks are not allowed within the community. Anyone that is seen with fireworks will be called to straight to a hearing. If law enforcement has to come out to the community and you are caught you could be subject to arrest, citation and/or fines.
If you are interested in seeing fireworks please visit www.beaumont-ca.gov as the City will be hosting a Fourth of July Pyrospectacular event.
To report use of fireworks, please contact 951-769-8500.
Remember, setting off fireworks within the community is very unsafe it can harm innocent bystanders and cause fires that damage homes and property.
Please help keep the community safe!
SIDE SLOPES WITHIN THE COMMUNITY
As a reminder, side slopes are owner maintained. Please take the time to look at the side slope on the side of your home to see if maintenance is needed. There are several side slopes throughout the community that are in need of maintenance. Please check all plant material, mulch, bushes and trees. It is important to keep up the side slopes to maintain a beautiful community.
LAKE AREA
As a reminder, if you are in the lake area you must have your resident badge on you at all times. If patrol stops you, you will be asked to provide this badge showing that you are a resident within the community. If you do not have a resident badge, you can obtain one at Action Property Managements Corona office. Badges are $10.00 each and the lanyard cost $10.00. Payment must be by check or money order made payable to Oak Valley II.
