Lake Area/Trespassers

Posted By on June 1, 2020

Management has been made of aware of many people coming in using the lake that do not belong to Oak Valley II.

Please note that patrol has been coming out and asking for resident badges to show proof that they belong in the community. If you do not have a resident badge, please contact management to obtain information on how to receive one. If you do not have this badge but inform patrol you live in the community they will ask for ID showing that you reside there.

If you notice someone is fishing at the lake area who does not belong there you can contact Elite Enforcement at 714-801-4385 to see if they are in the area to come and address the issue. If they are not in the area, it is strongly recommended that you contact Beaumont Police Department to have them removed. The community is a private community and anyone not belonging in the community is trespassing.

There have also been residents who have seen kids swimming in the lake while parents watch. Per the CC&R’s and Rules and Regulations there is no swimming anytime in the lake at all. The lake is for fishing only and is Catch and Release only.
