It has been noticed that there are several homes that need to remove the tree stakes from the tree in their yards and parkway. If the tree is bigger than the stake they need to be removed. Please take time to inspect the trees in your yard and parkway and remove the stakes if the tree is established.

There are also several garage doors and shutters that are faded. Please take some time to look at your garage door and shutters if you have them. If they are faded, please contact Pardee Homes to obtain your color scheme and paint them.

Please take the time to inspect the items above. Management will begin an audit starting February 1, 2021. If you are in violation of the above a non-compliance letter will be sent.
