Hello Oak Valley Owners!

This is a courtesy notice that the board meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 7:00pm has been cancelled and postponed to Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 7:00pm.

Any hearings scheduled for this date will also be rescheduled to this date. Owners will receive a new hearing notice including the new meeting details by next week. We will make a secondary post with an updated agenda and meeting details shortly.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this has posed.

Residents will need to refer to the Resident Portal for the zoom meeting information.

Please note, the executive session is closed to owners unless they have a hearing scheduled. Owners may join us via Zoom for the regular session. If you are not an owner, you will need prior authorization to represent the owner during the meeting submitted to your community manager at jmacias@actionlife.com.
