2025 Spring Garage Sale

Hello Oak Valley II Owners!

We are pleased to announce the date for the 2025 Spring Garage Sale! This year the community-wide event will be held from Friday, April 11^th thru Sunday, April 13^th from 8:00am to 2:00pm. The gates will be held open during the garage sale.It’s time to go through all those boxes and get rid of your junk! Please make sure to display your items for sale on your property only. We want to avoid any items placed on the sidewalks and streets.

Please note the following information:

–The City requires homeowners obtain a permit to have a yard sale. Here is the link: https://www.beaumontca.gov/73/Yard-Sale-Permits
–Signs will not be posted, so you may post your own signs.
–It is recommended you post your yard sale on yardsale.com or Facebook, etc. for better exposure
