Notice of 2025 Annual Meeting

Dear Oak Valley II Homeowners,

Please be advised that the Annual Meeting of the Membership will be held on:

Wednesday, September 17, 2025 at 6:00pm via Zoom

Homeowners will vote via secret ballot to elect Board members and determine the allocation of any excess operating funds. Ballots will be mailed approximately 30 days in advance and must be received by September 16, 2025.

Casey Gnadt
Crystal Horner
Paul King

A quorum of 25% (152 members) is required to hold the election. If quorum is not met, a follow-up meeting may be called with a reduced quorum of 20%.
