Welcome to Oak Valley 2!

Pets, Landscape and Trash

PETS

A few reminders that may have been forgotten regarding pets . Pets must remain on a leash at all times when in the common area. Owners must also pick up after their pets. There are several doggie stations located throughout both park areas. It has been witnessed that owners allowing their dogs to relieve themselves in the park areas without picking up after their mess. There is not a vendor who cleans the mess it is again the pet owners responsibility. Please keep the community clean by doing your part and picking up after your pets mess.

LANDSCAPE

Please take a moment to look at your yards, side yards, driveways and sidewalks. There are several homes with weeds throughout the yard and driveways. Please take time to remove these.

TRASH

There are several mailers delivered to each home. They may be unwanted or purposely ordered. Please make sure that you are picking these up daily and disposing of them properly. There are several advertisements ending up in the gutters from owners not picking them up.

Street Sweeping Reminder

Street sweeping in the community occurs on the 2nd and and 4th Tuesday of every month. Please make sure that your vehicles are moved off the street so the gutter areas can be cleaned.
