This is a courtesy notice for the adjourned annual election & regular session board meeting scheduled for Wednesday, November 9th, 2022 at 6:30pm via Zoom. Please see the attached general notice for more information. (The posting agenda for the regular session meeting will be uploaded by Friday, November 4, 2022.)

Please be advised that ballots will need to be received by The Ballot Box (13681 Newport Ave., Suite 8, Box 341, Tustin, CA 92780) no later than 12:00pm on Tuesday, November 8th, 2022. As this is a virtual meeting, ballots will only be accepted by this deadline.

Candidates for the Board of Directors are Casey Gnadt, Paul King, Crystal Horner, and Edward V. Shipley.

There will be an open forum portion at the end of the meeting where members will each be given a few minutes to speak and address the Board of Directors if they wish.

It has been noticed that several front and side yards are not being maintained throughout the Community. As a reminder and per the CC&Rs and Rules and Regulations, all residents must maintain their yards in a neat condition. Please take time to remove all weeds from the front yard, side yards, planter beds, driveway cracks and sidewalk in front of your homes, etc….

Many yards need mowing and fertilizing. There are several yards declining and beginning to show bare dirt. Please take the time to reseed and fertilize your yard.

It is important that each owner keep up the maintenance on their home so that the integrity of the Community is upheld.
