Construction at Both Park Areas
Creative Recreational will begin the construction at the park on Balata and by the lake to get the footings ready for the swing installation at both park areas and the shade structure at the Balata park. Management is waiting on the exact schedule and times. This should take a week to complete the digging and installation on all items. Once more information is obtained management will post on the website to inform owners.
Fish in the Lake
On Sunday, September 1, 2019, Willow Creek Fisheries will be at the community stocking the lake with fish. The lake will be stocked with 500 large mouth bass, 2,500 bluegill and 2,000 shiner fish.

Oak Valley 1 Amenities
As a reminder, the amenities in Oak Valley I are strictly for owners and residents of Oak Valley I. Management has received emails informing us that residents of Oak Valley II are entering into Oak Valley I and using their amenities this is not allowed and Oak Valley II residents do not have access rights. Management was also informed that Oak Valley II residents and owners are informing patrol of Oak Valley I that they have access rights when they are being approached, Oak Valley II residents and owners do not have access rights. Oak Valley II residents and owners have access to the amenities in Oak Valley II ONLY. Oak Valley I residents and owners do not have access to amenities in Oak Valley II. These two associations are a separate interest from each other. They do not share any common area or amenities.
