The community wide garage sale will be the first weekend of April. April 6th and 7th. Gates will be open during this time for people to access the community during the garage sale. Gates will be closed at 3pm.
Please remember to get your permit through the city as this is required by each owner.

As you are aware, the gate code will be changing on March 1, 2019. A newsletter was mailed out with this information and an email was also sent out to those who have signed up with the new gate codes. If you have not received this information, please contact vstoltenberg@actionlife.com to obtain the new gate codes.
Management is aware that the Linksman gate is not working again. The Linksman gate was inoperable due to the control board failing prior to Christmas time. Automated Gate services did go out on Friday, January 4, 2019 to replace the control board. Management has contacted Automated Gate Services informing them of the current issue and has informed them that someone needs to go out immediately to address the issue.
Please be reminded that it is unsafe to drive through the exit gate when trying to enter the community. Please refrain from doing this as there have been reports of cars almost hitting pedestrians and other vehicles.
Management is asking that you use the Birdie entrance for the meantime until this issue is resolved. An email will go out once a technician is on the way.

Oak Valley II will be having a community wide garage sale on December 1 and December 2. Please remember to purchase your permit for $5.00 from the City of Beaumont.
As you are all aware the gates to Oak Valley II have been open since October 3, 2018 due to a police chase which ended up in damaging the gates to the community. We are working on getting these repaired and closed as soon as possible. Please note that patrol is in the community everyday completing random patrol checks to ensure that there is no suspicious activity going on in the community.

Your Association’s Annual Meeting of the Members was held on September 19, 2018. The Election of Directors was completed. Three (3) Directors were elected to serve two (2) year terms and two (2) Directors were elected to serve a one (1) year term.

The Board meeting on 9/26/18 is being rescheduled to a later date. The community will be notified of the new date once determined.

As a reminder the annual meeting is scheduled for 9/19/18. Registration is 5:30 pm, Polls open at 5:45 pm and the meeting begins at 6:00 pm.
The meeting will be held at the Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon in the downstairs meeting room.
Oak Valley II will be holding a special meeting on August 15, 2018 at 6:30 pm at Morongo Golf Club. This meeting will be to appoint a member of the community to the Board of Directors. Oak Valley II currently has an opening that needs to be filled prior to the annual meeting in September. If you are interested in serving on the Board please fill out the candidate form in the link below or come to the meeting on August 15th so that the current Board members can appointment someone from the audience to fill the open position. If you fill out the candidate questionnaire, please submit to Vanessa Stoltenberg no later then August 10, 2018.
If interested in serving on the Board, you would need to attend all Board meetings which are held bi-monthly in odd months on the second Wednesday starting at 5:30pm.
