Hello Oak Valley II Owners!

This is a courtesy notice to inform you of tree trimming services that will be taking place throughout the community beginning Monday, October 9th, 2023 throughout the community. Attached to this email is a map which details which areas will be addressed.

This is year #1 of a 5-year tree trimming plan the board recently approved. If the trees near your home are not trimmed this time around, it will be addressed in upcoming rotations. Bemus Landscape will perform the service and will trim as much as possible without compromising the health of the trees.

This is a courtesy reminder of the upcoming Board of Directors Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, September 13, 2023 at 7:00pm. Meetings are now held in a hybrid fashion via Zoom and a physical meeting location. The physical meeting location will be at the Albert Chatigny Senior Community Center located at 1310 Oak Valley Parkway, Beaumont. Attached to this email is the agenda for the regular session for your review and posted below are the meeting details.

Annual Meeting: The 2023 Annual Meeting is also scheduled to be held on this date at 7:00pm. Currently, we have 112 ballots & proxies submitted, but the quorum requirement is 152. You can submit your ballot to the Action Property Management offices via mail or drop-off until September 12, 2023. Alternatively, you may come to the meeting on Wednesday to submit your ballot. We will have extra ballots on hand if you have misplaced yours!
