This is a courtesy reminder of the upcoming Board of Directors Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 7:00pm. Meetings are now held in a hybrid fashion via Zoom and a physical meeting location. The physical meeting location will be at the Albert Chatigny Senior Community Center located at 1310 Oak Valley Parkway, Beaumont. Attached to this email is the agenda for the regular session for your review and posted below are the meeting details.

Please see the attached Annual Meeting Notice for the 2023 Election of the Board of Directors. Ballots will be mailed out to owners in 30-days. Oak Valley’s quorum requirement is 25% of the voting power of the members – 152 members. Help your community by submitting your ballot upon receipt!

This is a courtesy notice that the board meeting scheduled for Thursday, July 13, 2023 at 7:00pm has been cancelled and postponed to Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at 7:00pm.

Any hearings scheduled for this date will also be rescheduled to this date. Owners will receive a new hearing notice including the new meeting details by next week. We will make a secondary post with an updated agenda and meeting details shortly.
