As many owners are aware, the painting project of the community gates and monument sign has not been executed in the timeframe or within the quality the board and management has expected. Rest assured, your board hears the community’s concerns and we will provide an update on the project next week as to how and when we will move forward.

This is a courtesy notice to advise that the painting project for the community gates on Birdie and Linksman Drive and the monument did not begin yesterday as scheduled, but rather today. Considering this, the project will be extended until tomorrow, June 1, 2023. The gates will be held open from 7:00am – 5:00pm during this project.
