This is a reminder that street sweeping will take place Monday, April 14th. To ensure the streets are thoroughly cleaned, all vehicles must be removed from the street from 10:00am – 2:00pm.
As a reminder, street sweeping occurs on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month.
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated in helping maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our community.

The Management and Board would like to bring to your attention that the exit gate off Birdie Drive is currently malfunctioning. Due to this issue, the gate will remain open until further notice.
We have notified our gate repair vendor, Automated Gate Services, and they will be dispatching a technician to address the problem as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work on resolving this issue.

This year the community-wide event will be held from Friday, April 11th thru Sunday, April 13th from 8:00am to 2:00pm. The gates will be held open during the garage sale.It’s time to go through all those boxes and get rid of your junk! Please make sure to display your items for sale on your property only. We want to avoid any items placed on the sidewalks and streets. Please note the following information: –The City requires homeowners obtain a permit to have a yard sale.
