Welcome to Oak Valley 2!

New Approved Paint Schemes Now Available

Dear Oak Valley II Residents,

The Board of Directors has approved a new set of paint schemes for the community, which combines both the original colors and several new options. The updated schemes are included in the attached document and are now available for resident use. They can also be found on the Resident Portal by navigating to My Community > Documents > Architectural.

Please note that Management no longer retains individual records of existing color schemes. Homeowners are encouraged to reference the attached document to determine their home’s existing scheme.

If you intend to repaint your home using the same approved color scheme, no architectural application is required. However, if you are planning to change any colors, you must submit an architectural application and receive approval prior to starting any work.

Although the schemes are provided by Sherwin Williams, homeowners may use other paint manufacturers as long as the colors are accurately matched to the approved scheme. To help visualize your options, Sherwin Williams offers a Color Visualizer Tool, available at: https://www.sherwin-williams.com/en-us/color/color-tools/color-visualizer/active/scenes

Thank you!
