This is a courtesy notice to inform you of tree trimming services that will be taking place throughout the community beginning Wednesday, January 6th, 2025. The project will take approximately 3 days to complete. Attached to this email is a map which details which areas will be addressed.

Dear Oak Valley II Residents,

We wish to inform you that the entry keypad at Birdie Drive gate is not functioning properly. We understand that this may cause some inconvenience and we apologize for any trouble this may lead to or caused over the holiday weekend.

We have immediately reached out to our gate vendor, Automated Gate Services, to address this issue. In the meantime, we recommend that all residents instruct their guests to use the Linksman entrance for the time being.

Please stay tuned for further updates and we hope to have the Birdie Drive gate operational as soon as possible.
