We are pleased to announce the date for the 2025 Spring Garage Sale! This year the community-wide event will be held from Friday, April 11th thru Sunday, April 13th from 8:00am to 2:00pm. The gates will be held open during the garage sale.It’s time to go through all those boxes and get rid of your junk! Please make sure to display your items for sale on your property only. We want to avoid any items placed on the sidewalks and streets.
Please note the following information:
–The City requires homeowners obtain a permit to have a yard sale. Here is the link: https://www.beaumontca.gov/73/Yard-Sale-Permits –Signs will not be posted, so you may post your own signs. –It is recommended you post your yard sale on yardsale.com or Facebook, etc. for better exposure

Please be advised that BrightView Landscape will be performing weed spraying throughout the community on Friday, April 4th from 7:00am – 3:00pm. The treatment will focus on cracks along the streets and sidewalks. To ensure all areas are properly addressed, we kindly ask that you refrain from parking on the street between 7:00am – 3:00pm on this day.

Management has been made aware of bee activity in an irrigation box located near the lake along Amateur Way (see map below for specific location).
A professional vendor has been contacted and will be addressing the situation promptly. In the meantime, please exercise caution when walking near this area, especially with pets or children.
