It has come to our attention that some owners have been sharing incorrect information on social media regarding exterior home improvements. We want to clarify that no exterior improvements may be installed on your home without first receiving prior architectural approval from the Association.
Regardless of what you may read online or hear from other owners, it is essential to follow the Association’s governing documents, which mandate this approval process. Any attempt to proceed with exterior improvements without the proper approval is a violation of these guidelines and will lead to potential fines and legal action.

Abiding by these governing documents is critical because it helps us maintain a consistent aesthetic standard across the community, which is vital to preserving and even enhancing property values.
